TopAI Surveys is a small product team building one thing well: a defensible link between media delivery and audience response.

Why we built this

Last-click attribution answered a question nobody was asking

Marketing teams can see what they spent and what converted, but rarely what changed in the minds of the people who saw the ads. Brand trackers are quarterly, slow, and disconnected from the media plan; platform dashboards are fast but only measure clicks.

We built TopAI Surveys to close that gap: pull delivery data from the advertising platform at campaign level, run lightweight first-party surveys against exposed and control groups, and report the difference. The Google Ads API is what makes the delivery half of that equation possible at daily granularity, for the customer's own accounts, under their own authorisation.

    Customer-controlled by design. The advertiser authorises access, and the advertiser can revoke it — no workarounds, no scraping, no borrowed credentials.

Ask for less

Scopes are limited to the Google Ads reporting data the product displays. No adjacent Google services, no mailbox access, no profile data beyond what OAuth returns.

Show the working

Methodology is documented in the product and on request: sampling, weighting, control-group assignment and the confidence interval behind each result.

Make leaving easy

Revocation, export and deletion are self-service. If a customer disconnects an account, cached data is removed within 30 days.
